And we use the power of technology to help solve big challenges, like climate change and cyber security.

From day one, you’ll have a voice at BT Group. You’ll get stuck in to tough challenges, pitch in with ideas, make things happen. You won’t be alone: we’ll be there with help and support, learning and development. You’ll make great friends, discover new talents, and feel part of something exhilarating.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop knowledge of the software lifecycle and put it into practice, making a real contribution to BT’s customers by creating customer-centred products and services.

As a company, we’re changing from the inside, ripping up the old ways of doing things and driving BT’s digital transformation agenda. We’re looking for customer-obsessed creators to help use amplify our growth and continuously evolving through agile ways of working. You’ll need to demonstrate your passion for technology, and you’ll also need the ability to translate complex ideas to our customers and the business acumen to see valuable opportunities when they arise.

If you don’t have a computer science background, don’t worry we have a comprehensive suite of training and support in place to help you develop the skills required within your given role. We’ll always give you the training and development you need to succeed.
