Job Description :

As a HR Systems Administrator (Co-Ordinator) you will be a main contact for all HR Systems that manage Employee and Payroll information (Resourcelink), Group Talent, Performance Management and Digital Learning (TUI People/Success Factors) in the UK & Ireland business.


As an HR Systems Co-Ordinator, you will help ensure the HR Systems (Resourcelink, TUI People) are set up and maintained to accurately reflect the business and their needs.

ABOUT THE JOB


  • Through teamwork and collaboration with key stakeholders, you will ensure that hierarchies (people and business structure) are maintained accurately and any business changes are reflected in the systems. You will support internal teams to ensure that processes allow accurate entry and maintenance of data. You will need to forward plan and willing to improve processes where necessary.
  • You will constantly look for ways to improve and track data quality. Find the root cause of issues and resolve, to reduce queries.
  • You will act as first line support providing a Helpdesk service to resolve HR systems queries promptly and effectively, raising and resolving any escalations with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers where appropriate.
  • You will provide day to day administration of the systems, password resets, supporting updates for Resourcelink.
  • Additionally, you will help maintain a regular audit process for the systems, monitoring and recording any data issues.
  • You will work with the wider HR, IT and Payroll Teams to support the roll-out and testing of system upgrades and any developments or enhancements, ensuring that systems are set up, updated and refreshed appropriately. Where necessary you will assist in developing plans to migrate current data to new systems.

  • Experience of MS Office applications
  • Excellent organisational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Develop and input processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and capable of working in a team and independently
  • A good all-round knowledge of HR administration and systems
  • Comfortable in managing a high workload with competing priorities
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and software
