Executive Search: The Role – Researcher

As a Researcher, you will be responsible for supporting senior consultants. The role consists of compiling candidate shortlists through thorough market mapping and research. In addition to this, you will regularly research your given sector, quickly becoming an industry expert, which will give you the ability to advise clients and candidates with confidence.
As you progress in this role, networking and candidate approach calls will become a fundamental proponent of the position. From day one, your path to progression will be clearly laid out.

Executive Search: Graduate Researcher - The Candidate

The successful candidate will possess most, if not all, of the following:

• Impeccable academics; degree from a Top 40 university
• Excellent A Levels, ideally straight A’s/A*s
• Experience working in a professional environment through internships, placements & work experience (preferred, not essential)
• An innate hunger for success
• Excellent communication skills in both the spoken and written form (please note, this role is a mix of research and phone based so you will need to be a confident verbal communicator)

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
