BWT Alpine F1 Team are looking for a Graphic Designer to work in our small but superb team of in-house designers.


The Role

The main responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Support the Head of Image and Identity in the design and execution of all creative assets used by the F1 Team, Esports and Academy
  • Create and populate existing design templates – print and digital
  • Work with the Marketing Department and the wider design teams to push the output of the team
  • To contribute to design concepts - integral part of the design team
  • To assist in the creation of Commercial documentation to aid the Acquisitions teams
  • Maintain brand guidelines and act an ambassador for the brand
  • Assist in routine race deliverables – posters, itineraries, timing, partner and hospitality collateral
  • Creation of assets for use on the Team’s social channels
  • Oversee design projects from concept to delivery
  • Photo manipulation and editing
  • Ability to think in 3D to create practical yet innovative livery designs.

The Person

We are looking for someone who can produce eye-catching graphics for use on all of our touchpoints across the entire organisation – F1 Team, Academy and Esports. There may also be requirements within our Car division. You should be highly skilled in the main design packages and have the desire to push the boundaries of what you are capable of.


Other desirable qualities are:

  • Good social skills and able to develop meaningful relationships with other team members, especially within the design team
  • Experience of working in a design environment
  • Understanding of graphic creation for multiple touchpoints – clothing, digital, liveries etc
  • Very organised and good administrative skills
  • Interest in current design trends
  • Willingness to work in a team or independently as required
  • Curious and knowledgeable

This role is based in Enstone, UK, although some remote working is optional and there is potential for overseas travel.
