R O'Donnell Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Construction Professional Services Department. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate their ability and skills in assisting with the monitoring and delivery of high value projects.

The appointed individual will need to be appropriately qualified as a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager discipline. In addition, the post-holder will require good interpersonal, communication and reporting skills and have a broad knowledge of the construction industry’s processes and standards.

Experience in Groundwork's preferred and must be prepared to travel to site. Role would suit an experienced Assistant QS who can work without supervision and is a good all rounder, keen to grow within a new business expecting to have rapid growth

Hours to be discussed can suit part or full time and progressive salary from £38,00.00

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: £35,000.00-£55,330.86 per year
