About us.
We are a small and vibrant creative digital agency. With our HQ based at the picturesque Fradley Junction near Lichfield we specialise in digital design, marketing & bespoke websites running on WordPress and Shopify.
About you.
We’re looking for a passionate and highly talented Designer to be an important part of our growing team. Your role will include creating engaging ideas for both print, digital and social. You need to be motivated, constantly striving to better your skills and showcasing a strong, versatile portfolio of work.
You will be driven and enthusiastic and always willing to jump in and get to work. You will have a good understanding of design theory for both digital and print. Be able to think logically and strategically in your approach to solving design problems. You’ll need to be organised and efficient in the way you manage your workflow and take initiative when needed. We’ll need you to be a team player, who will work well within our small but friendly studio, you’ll need to have confidence in your abilities and your designs and demonstrate strong communication skills.
We offer opportunities for remote and hybrid working but if you want time in the studio you’ll need access to a car as we are pretty rural.
Our ideal candidate will have;
Some industry/freelance experience.
A strong and varied portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
A good grasp of industry standard design and prototyping tools such as, Photoshop, Illustrator,
Adobe XD, Figma and InDesign.
The ability to wireframe and plan a website.
Experience with mobile and responsive design.
Able to craft contemporary and engaging brands.
Layout multipage artwork ready for print.
Added bonuses;
Experience with storyboarding, animation design and creation.
HTML/CSS knowledge.
