An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Operations Manager to work within our Benefits team. This is a permanent opportunity to be based in our Darlington office, although we offer hybrid working.
The role
This role is responsible for leading the employee benefits administration teams, to ensure we deliver a high quality service for existing and future clients. Using client knowledge, insights and resource planning you will define and deliver client requirements, annual budget targets and overall identify ways in which we can continue to improve our services and quality.
The person
We are looking for a collaborative and inclusive leader who has lead client focused teams. You will successfully provide a quality focused administration service, using resource planning and training to deliver SLA’s, to keep up with ongoing client requirements and change requests that feed into the wider departmental commercial targets. You will work closely with our Head of Commercial to contribute to the growth of Employee Benefits, taking ownership for delivering to clients on project work along with managing the implementation of new business.
The successful candidates will be passionate about the support and development of others who can foster a culture of collaboration, feedback and trust. We are looking for someone who is proactive and has the ability to champion continuous improvement by positively challenging any potential issues and looking at route cause analysis to continuously evolve our employees and clients experience. Working within pensions or financial services would be a distinct advantage.
We will consider applications from those who have pensions background and people management experience who are currently Team Managers but are looking for a new challenge and a development opportunity.
