WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need an ambitious Group Food & Beverage Operations Manager to ensure a high level of service is executed across all sites and lead the F&B team Management teams. We need someone to embody our four core values:

WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

You will continually commit to the highest standards of service and operations, and working closely with the on-site management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the food and beverage team, managing financials, recruitment, and team development, stock management and health and safety. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee Ops across Scotland & NI. Currently 5 sites.
  • Support & develop senior food & beverage managers at each site.
  • Reporting back on the financial health of each business to stakeholders, analysis of results and ownership over action plans.
  • Develop relationships and align with partners and vision for brand growth.

WHAT DO I NEED?

We are looking for someone who embodies our values first and foremost and to ensure we find the right person for the role we will seek people who have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or F&B Director within a hotel setting. Experience as a restaurant Group Manager overseeing multiple premium restaurants is a bonus too.
  • Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analysing data, providing forecasts and looking at revenue.
  • Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team.
  • Track record of executing consistency at high volume.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.
