Following significant investment our business has the best equipment in the industry, and a team assembled from leading figures in our field. We are now looking for an agile, innvoative, and proffesional operations Manager eager to join our fast-growing business.

Job Description:

Provide visible leadership to drive a positive culture where industry leading health, safety, and environmental management is the norm.

Oversee production planning and delivery, to ensure that OTIF targets are met.

Lead the financial planning and analysis for manufacturing across the facility.

Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process.

Prepare the annual manufacturing budget and forecast, and all capital expenditure proposals, manage the budget from inception through to completion.

Lead the quality management efforts.

Produce monthly and quarterly analysis on production costs against budgets and track key performance indicators.

Lead, develop and implement cost productivity programs across all areas of responsibilities.

Develop strategies to increase return on investment and profitability.

Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities. Champion and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and quality ensuring the final product meets stringent quality standards and customer specifications.

Manage the requirement for a skilled workforce in a challenging labour market.

Report on manufacturing activities on a regular basis to the board, ensuring accurate reporting of the relevant key performance indicators.
