In this busy, varied role you'll help to research, design and implement cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our HR Administration Team in HR at Bolton on a permanent basis, covering the area of Right to Work compliance and support with various wider HR projects which could include areas such as:

  • Recruitment
  • PR and Marketing
  • Health, Safety and Insurance
  • Learning and Development
  • Employee documentation and employment Law
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Health, wellbeing and benefits
  • HR Reporting

The role will involve covering a variety of administrative functions linked to supporting the wider business with Right to Work compliance and across the wider HR Department as required.


Successful candidates will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will therefore need to possess excellent communication, attention to detail, time management and organisation skills. The successful applicant will be privy to sensitive and confidential information and will therefore need to demonstrate a high degree of honesty and integrity with work.

Your New Role

  • Completing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on business-wide Right to Work compliance, escalating instances of non-compliance with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Co-ordinating required Right to Work training to support the business aim of 100% compliance
  • Supporting with business wide queries regarding Right to Work through liaison with key internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating and facilitating quarterly business meetings focussing on the topic of Right to Work compliance and Immigration, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring updates in legislation regarding Right to Work are accurately reflected in business wide communications and documentation
  • Providing support for the HR Administration team, as required, with administrative tasks related to employment law and employee documentation
  • Adhoc project support for the wider HR Team in areas as detailed above


About You

  • Experience working in a similar role within the HR field
  • Experience in an office based environment
