Minimum 2 years experience working in a project environment as a Project Controls or Project Management professional.

Close projects and conduct lessons learned sessions to capture and document the knowledge and ensure its availability to other programme and project managers.

The Idox Cloud Customer Experience team works with new customers to close down key issues and tasks which were agreed as post-BAU during the implementation

Assist the Legal and Compliance team in handling low level complaints and providing detailed correspondence to customers as and when required.

You must be computer literate (familiar with email, Excel, Word, cloud usage) with excellent telephone manner and customer service.
