St Barnabas Hospice are looking to recruit a Health Rehabilitation Support Worker to work within the N orth East Community Clinical Services Team .

Hours:

30 hours per week

Contract:

Permanent

Starting Salary:

£20,500 - £21,700 per annum pro rata, dependent on experience. (band X) (plus weekend unsocial hours enhancement of 30%)

Salary Increment:

Band X receives a bi-annual increment pay rise.
