Heathrow Immigration Removal Centre is a detentions centre located next to Heathrow Airport in Harmondsworth, London Borough of Hillingdon. It is the largest immigration removal centre in Europe, with a capacity of 965 residents – mainly adult males, however it does house some adult female detainees.

Practice Plus Group will be taking over the contract from the existing providers on 1st April 2022 and will be delivering a fully integrated Health & Wellbeing Service focussing around key patient needs within Heathrow IRC. We could give you the opportunity to develop in to a specialist role of your interest and benefit to the service i.e. plastering, health promotion, phlebotomy, vaccinations, suturing and wound care to name a few.

In return for your hard work you will...

Receive an annual salary of up to £26,400 per annum depending on experience. You'll also get a number of benefits including a company contributory pension scheme,25 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year, plus 8 public bank holidays and CPD and re-validation support.

What do we need from you so you can do the job?

In order for you to be successful in this position, you will need to have an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care with experience of working with a primary care service.
