Best Western Hotel in Ilford is looking for an energetic people to fullfill Front Desk / Receptionist Positions.
These are permanent positions where daily duties will consist of the following:
Processing Check-in’s and Check-out’s;
Processing reservations;
Responding to emails;
Handling telephone switchboard of incoming calls and reservations.

Candidates must have the following qualities:
Good verbal and written English communication;
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
Customer care skills;

Experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £9.50-£11.30 per hour
