Our hotel is currently looking for a talented, well-spoken, and friendly individual to join our team. The Receptionist is the first person that visitors see when they walk into the hotel, which makes this position a vital part of our team. Although most of the job consists of answering questions about the hotel and assisting guests to their rooms, on busy days the Receptionist must also coordinate with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure that all incoming guests are accommodated.

Responsibilities:

• Greet incoming guests in a friendly manner.
• Answer questions about the facilities and the local area.
• Process payments and distribute keys to guests.
• Knowledgeable of hotel policies and procedures.
• Provide directions to guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00 per hour
