Reporting to the Chief People Officer the successful individual will be responsible for delivering high quality administrative support to the People & Development team to include HR, Health & Safety and Training & Development administration. This role will be based in our London office for at least 3 days per week.

Main Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administration support to the People & Development team, and other areas of the Company when needed
  • Supporting the recruitment process by placing adverts; managing the careers mailbox; arranging interviews and handling all relevant administration
  • Managing the on-boarding process including contracts of employment, IT equipment, induction packs, reference checks and updating our HR system
  • Managing the employee lifecycle including new starter processes, 3 & 6 month reviews, leavers administrations, exit interviews and return of equipment
  • Keeping all our electronic employee files up to date
  • Helping to identify and source solutions of individual training plans
  • Ensuring that all employees are completing their mandatory learning and logging their learning on our HR system
  • Assisting with the creation of purchase orders and liaise with the finance team regarding invoices
  • Ensuring that equality, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of what we do by playing an active part as the People and Development representative on the D&I Committee.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience of HR administration within a similar sized company
  • Have excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong IT capabilities in Microsoft packages.
