We are Merlin Entertainments - the name behind world famous attractions including LEGOLAND, SEA LIFE, and Madame Tussauds. Right now, we’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our ‘Midway’ division which looks after our short visit attractions in the UK and Ireland.
This is a fixed term contract until November 2023 based upon working full time hours Monday – Friday, predominantly office based. Due to our attractions being spread across the country, the successful candidate can be based at either our London, Blackpool, or Birmingham office.
Our HR Administrator is a key role within the HR team processing all changes and leavers in a timely manner in time for our fortnightly and monthly pay runs.
Providing professional and timely administrative assistance, the role will work across and support all three functions of the HR team. This includes Employee Relations, Learning and Development and Recruitment.
Working closely with UK payroll, our Finance and Operational teams, this role will ensure that our employees are paid correctly and on time through efficient data entry.
Being an administrative role as part of a small HR team you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of HR issues including training, recruitment, and employee relations. This, over time, will enable you to develop a broader knowledge of the field of HR.
