In collaboration with the team and stakeholders, build and manage product backlog to ensure alignment on vision, goals and priorities of the product.

Supporting implementation of internal/external quality requirements to ensure company products/services meet customer expectations.

Handling inbound calls from customers. Ability to actively listen and question around our members needs to effectively find solutions in a timely manner.

The Specialist Team will consist of 2 part time Teachers, 2 full time Family Support Workers and 2 sets of Specialist Carers in the first year.
