REPORTS TO: HR Controlling Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To work closely with the HR team analysing and interpreting data to improve knowledge and performance of the workforce across all Brands.

Responsible for maintaining the monthly HR scorecard/metrics.
Reporting HR data to Head Office in France.

Calculating the commissions for the retail teams across all brands.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting
  • To manage monthly & annual Headcount reports: starters, leavers, full time equivalents (FTE).
  • Coordinate with payroll to analyse staffing costs.
  • To provide analysis of key HR KPIs.
  • Responsible for the HR scorecard/metrics (analysis of staff absence, turnover or other HR stats).
  • To ensure the HR database is maintained (cost centres, analytical data).
  • Ad-hoc reporting as and when required: compensation surveys, national statistics.
  • Assist the Payroll Manager & Accounting teams with payroll exports.
