Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an HR ASSISTANT for a well-established company in LEIGH.
About You:

  • Approachable and helpful.
  • Strong communication.
  • Experience and confidence in using MS Office and Google applications.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills are essential.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Methodical and conscientious in approach - with keen attention to detail.
  • Must have experience with SAGE.

About the role:
  • Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
  • £12.00 per hour. (dependent on experience).
  • Assisting with disciplinary and grievance minutes as well as supporting the senior management team with all performance management procedures.
  • All aspects of HR-related administration.
  • Carrying out return-to-work interviews and monitoring absences.
  • Assisting with new employee inductions.
  • Arranging necessary training for employees, and liaising with the senior management team to ensure requirements are met.
  • Recruitment – job advertisements, arranging and conducting interviews, and job offers.
  • Permanent position for the right person.
  • Start: ASAP.
