Page Personnel are supporting a global charity with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join a busy HR team based in Birmingham.

This role offers a mix of office and home working - Circa 1-2 days per week in the office.

Job Description

Reporting to a Head of People & Culture, the role of HR Business Partner will take responsibility for a business unit, working closely with stakeholders providing generalist HR support such as:

  • Provide advise and guidance on employee relations casework
  • Support with HR projects and initiatives
  • HR Reporting and KPIs
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Support the implementation of reward initiatives
  • Support with the appraisal process

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.
