Job Description

The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• responsible for all employee relation matters
• advising managers on changes, disciplinary procedures, grievances, performance management and more
• responsible for all HR policy reviews and writing new policies when needed
• training of new managers
• managing the performance management process

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

• history with employee relations cases
• ability to work with range of internal stakeholders
• excellent interpersonal skills
• ability to think quickly and pragmatically
• written, verbal and numerical skills
• knowledge of UK employment law
