HR Officer
Remote / Homebased
Full time, Permanent
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Tide Recruitment are excited to be working with a Health and Social Care Charity in their search for a Human Resources Officer. This is an amazing job opportunity to join a lovely team of people and support a wonderful organisation!
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist with a pro-active approach and excellent communication skills, who would like to join an organisation that is committed to providing an excellent service.
As the Human Resources Officer, your job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Updating and maintaining HR information Systems
  • Managing/dealing with complex ER cases
  • Providing guidance and coaching to line managers on ER cases
  • Leading and providing advice on recruitment (including DBS, right to work etc)
  • Processing payroll
  • General HR administration duties
  • Project work
Essential Job Criteria
  • Experience advising on / dealing with employee relations cases
  • Experienced working in a human resources role ideally as a HR Advisor or Senior People Administrator
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment
  • Policy development - up to date knowledge on employment law
  • High attention to detail
Desirable Job Criteria
  • Experience working with Trade Unions would be highly advantageous
  • CIPD qualified would be highly desirable
  • Experience working or knowledge of the Health and Social Care Sector
