Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Reporting to: CEO and Finance Manager
Location: Youth Action, 14 College Square North, Belfast, BT1 6AS.
Timeframe: 1st April 2023- 31st March 2026 (with possible extension)

Enniskillen and Derry/L’Derry. This HR manager position will work from the Belfast office.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with generalist experience to provide leadership and management on all HR and people related matters within YouthAction NI. The successful candidate will bring their experience, ideally within the charitable sector to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment, on-boarding and training, learning and development and employee relations issues. The role will also incorporate the co-ordination of administration activities and internal and external communication management.
We are looking for someone with a dedicated passion for people and who is committed to developing the organisation as we continue to evolve.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the role has significant responsibility and offers candidates the opportunity to make a direct impact on the day-to-day performance of the company.
