Imaging Data Scientist

Imaging Data Scientist required to join our team, in this role, you will be responsible for building pipelines and algorithms for the analysis of hyper-dimensional images generated by our advanced microscopy platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop segmentation-based and AI/ML algorithms for image analysis
• Create and use AI techniques in collaboration with our analysis biologists to identify positive hits of targets in our hyperdimensional data.
• Process and analyze large datasets using cutting-edge ML techniques (CNN, RNN, Cross-validation, regularization)
• Collaborate with biologists to develop and deploy AI methods to call positive hits of targets within hyperdimensional data
• Communicate findings and results to project teams, senior leadership and stakeholders as well as provide recommendations for future studies

Requirements:

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Imaging Science, or a related field.
• Strong background in computer vision, machine learning, and image analysis
• Good understanding of CNN, RNN, and other ML techniques
• Experience with hyper-dimensional image analysis and segmentation-based algorithms
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and MATLAB
• Extensive experience with fluorescence microscopy and imaging data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
