In this role you will be working with customers, primarily taking inbound calls with occasional outbound call outs as well as sending client emails.

Prepare samples for processing (labelling and racking of tubes) and prepare study specific documentation prior to patient visits. To comply with ICH GCP.

Dealing with phone calls and emails. Liaising with solicitors, doctors and clients. Data Entry using our medicolegal software.

The applicant needs to have a valid permission to work in the UK. The candidate must be a team player and keen to take on responsibility.

Build a suite of sales enablement products (collateral, demos, case studies, talk tracks etc.). Those with a track record of supporting sales/product growth.
