Job Description.

Boston Hale is working with one of London's leading non-profit institutions, looking for an interim assistant financial accountant on a 5 month contract.

Day to day duties:

  • Preparing and posting monthly journals
  • Reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts
  • Maintaining the sales ledger and invoicing process
  • Managing the agreed credit control process
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset register
  • Setting up new customers on the system
  • Assisting the year end accounting process including dealing with audit requests
  • Assisting in preparing statutory accounts

Essentials:

  • Experienced in month end procedures
  • Experienced in assisting in audits
  • Experience in a sales ledger function of an organisation
