Sport 24 and EDGEsport are two of IMG Media’s owned and operated channels, that sit within the Content & Channels division.

SPORT 24:
Sport 24 connects passengers to unmissable live sporting moments worldwide. Launched in 2012, our award-winning live sports channels reach millions of passengers each year. EDGEsport works with events, brands and federations in the adventure sport space to bring a unique content offering to fans globally. A home for people’s passions, EDGEsport delivers premium live events and highlights from the worlds of Snow, Skate, Sailing, Cycling, MTB, Motor and more.
What You’ll Do:
Do you have a passion for sport? Are you looking to gain marketing experience at one of the world’s most renowned entertainment, sports and fashion organisations? Sport 24 and EDGEsport are looking for an intern to join their marketing teams this summer.
We are looking for a proactive and digitally minded individual to join our marketing team, who will help deliver global campaigns and social media growth.

You should be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of the sports landscape, have a finger on the latest digital trends, and be willing to get stuck in from day one. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work across a range of exciting sports campaigns!

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
  • Support marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Create and deliver marketing assets
  • Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, website and other marketing collateral
  • Participate in marketing brainstorms
  • Assist in managing our social media channels and community
  • Source up to date & relevant imagery for upcoming campaigns
  • Assist in collating data for marketing reports
  • Help with any admin relating to content acquisition
  • Help plan internal events and initiatives
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
  • A passion or knowledge of sport and travel
  • Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Basic photography, image/video editing, and graphic design skills (Photoshop & Canva is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Good time management
  • Be committed to the programme – to both your departmental work and the extracurricular activities
  • Maintain professionalism and always represent Endeavor in a positive manner (including onsite at events and tours)
As well as providing Interns the chance to learn from industry experts, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in Endeavor wide events and build upon your industry network; this includes a welcome/farewell, speaker series, career planning workshops, team projects, and other valuable initiatives throughout the 8 weeks you’re with us.

Endeavor’s 2023 Internship Programme will be conducted in-person and run for 8 weeks from Monday 3rd July 2023 until Friday 25th August 2023. This is a 40 hour per week, paid internship position, and will be based at Chiswick Park, London.
Important Dates:
  • Early February: Recruiters begin reviewing applications and reaching out to candidates.
  • 28th February: Applications close.
  • 31st March: Roles will be filled on a rolling basis, with the goal of extending all offers by this date.
  • 3rd July: Internship starts.
  • 25th August: Internship ends.
