What you will be doing
The role sits within the global Carat team, supporting a global client and local Carat teams across all markets. The candidate will report directly to the Global Client Director and support other team members (e.g., strategy and digital) in their daily requirements.

The difference you’ll make
- Delivering key tasks of day-to-day account operations, network management, and coordination.
- Completing tasks independently or in a supporting role for other team members.
- Providing Support for ongoing tasks supporting media intelligence, reporting, competitive review, insights, and market network management.
- Providing day-to-day support to the Network Director and broader global account team. Lead project management on some projects.
- Working with global reporting systems to ensure delivery of market data is accurate and on time.
- Monitoring market delivery against agreed monthly tasks (e.g., media plan delivery or competitive data), follow up diligently and escalate to CD where necessary.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of media agency experience- essential – non-negotiable.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in dealing with multiple workstreams.
- Proficient in MS Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
It would also be nice for you to have
- International Exposure.
- 2nd language (as will be working across 30 different markets).

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements.
