About The Role

An exciting new position has become available working for Porsche Cars GB in partnership with RAC as a Junior Data Analyst. This brand-new role will be to assist the Ownership Business Analyst with collating and analysing complex data sets to provide business insight. Your role will be to help identify trends and offer recommendations to ensure business targets are met. Excellent stakeholder management is essential as you will be required to align to multiple business divisions supporting process, dashboards and data checks.

Based in Reading, working hybrid hours

What you will do

• Design and deliver automated technical solutions in data capture, extraction, transformation, modelling and cleansing.
• Investigate data requirements, identify data gaps, research sources and provide recommendations/solutions to support the needs of the team or department.
• Model and manipulate data to provide valuable insight, information and build appropriate support tools/applications.
• Support the department by liaising or attending meetings with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide data integrity checks and make available accurate BI to the business including additional data insights and integrity checks.
• Use of CRM systems to run various reports to support core team, and support automated processes/dashboards built by Senior Analyst

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in MS Excel with a keen aptitude for working with new systems. We are looking for a self-driven, passionate individual who has the ability to interpret/communicate technical specifications to non-technical business users in a clear and effective style.

1-2 years’ experience of working within a data analysis role would be beneficial
