Junior Graphic Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing creative design team in a full-time, permanent role.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll create eye-catching visuals for a variety of clients

and activities, such as:

  • Emailers
  • Corporate Communications
  • Social Media posts
  • Advertising
  • Brochures
  • Posters
  • Exhibitions and Displays
  • Mailouts
  • Corporate Identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual brand
  • Websites
After agreeing a brief with the Client, Digital Design Team Manager or Account Manager you'll develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts that meet the client's objectives.

The work requires creative flair, good knowledge of industry software and a concerted approach to time, costs and deadlines. An ability to be organised and a willingness to be adaptable when job priorities change is key to developing and succeeding in this role.

You will be working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists, so the ability to communicate well is essential.

Entry requirements

Applicants will be literate and numerate with a Grade C/4 and above in English and Maths.
