Intern Job Description a. Support the company daily operation, and play a role for coordinating between China& Dubai

HQ and UK team, especially assist to solve the significant& emergency tasks b. Assist to solve the problem of the system and business process, and follow up the execution result of internal compliance c. Maintain the office daily operation, and contact the reception service for daily support, also buy office supplies monthly

Ability Requirements a. Bachelor degree or above b. Strong sense of responsibility, able to afford the work pressure c. Good at office software d. Fluent in Chinese mandarin and English e. At least 4 days a week in on-site office, intern for more than 6 month is prefferd

实习岗位需求

1. 支持分公司日常运营，协助拉通中国总部与分公司间的业务协同，参与重点紧急事项的解决

2. 协助分公司的系统操作和流程问题解决，跟进内控合规规则和执行

3. 支持办公室日常运维，联系物业服务做好支持，定期进行办公用品采购

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历

2. 责任心强，能承受工作压力

3. 擅长办公软件

4. 中文普通话和英文流利

5. 每周至少 4个工作日在办公室现场办公，能实习 6个月以上者优先.
