Our client is an industry leading prime supplier to the Defence industry! They are looking for a Junior Project Manager to fill a 12 month inside IR35 contract role!

You will work across the full project lifecycle. You will direct project teams and engage with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be APMP or Prince2 certified and will have experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

You will be required on site in Cheltenham 2-3 days a week with the prospect of this role moving to fully on site.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be expected to start 3-6 months after the offer is made.

• Manage projects and directing project teams
• Work across the full project management lifecycle to ensure projects meet the needs of stakeholders
• Work to agreed project milestones including forecasting, planning, risk, change management and financial reporting
• Deliver projects to time, cost and quality
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
• Ensure high standards are maintained

• APMP or Prince2 certified
• Working experience in Agile or Scrum environments
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve successful project delivery
• Sound knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Ability to work across the full project lifecycle
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
