We are looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager on a permanent basis the role. This role is based in our UK division, which is near J6 of the M5 Worcester, which is the operations and manufacturing centre for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

In this role you will provide administrative support to the Project team while simultaneously managing customer accounts and projects.

You will manage the sales orders process within Sap, including entering new orders, maintaining changes and resolving contract disputes. To own the tracker that prompts customer milestone payments. Manage projects from order intake to close out, include logistics on any and all assigned customers.

The role will be the customer facing and will need to work closely with the planning, supply chain, quality and engineering teams to ensure that orders are delivered on time and within budget.

You should match the following criteria:

• Strong organizational skills are a must have

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via a range of modern media and face to face, and across different time zones.

• Able to manage a high work load and identify and prioritise the most important tasks

• Degree or equivalent education or experience of a similar role.

• Good experience of Sap ERP would be very beneficial.

• Prior experience in customer support, accounting, engineering preferred.
