Position: Full time Contractor
Location: Remote (3hrs either side of GMT)
Job Overview:

Researching, processing, transforming IT data and delivering reports to CONTEXT internal teams and clients.



Main Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Processing data in CONTEXT product database including categorisation and matching

  • Creating and maintaining product and reseller reference tables following rules defined by CONTEXT

  • Researching product information to support the creation or changes to the categories that CONTEXT monitors

  • Quality checks on data consistency

  • Performing data extraction and transformation

  • Creating and delivering reports to clients and/or information providers and/or product/project managers

  • Responding to internal or external data enquiries and keeping record of actions. Follow-up on action



Experience/Knowledge/Qualification Required

  • Interest and knowledge of the IT industry

  • Excellent Excel skills (complex formulas, vlookup, pivot table, macros…)

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written

  • Creative mind, able to think outside the box and good problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Works well under pressure

  • Willingness to learn and progress
