We are looking for a Key Account Manager to be part of a team that works together to provide excellent customer service. You will be a key part of the Tuffnells team and play a huge part in our growth and success. This role is about more than just customer service, it is about putting our customers at the heart of what we do every day.

This role is working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and development of profitable business from existing territory client base, operating across multi sites within the region, you will enhance customer retention and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will need to

  • Have previous experience in account management or sales
  • Have a strong track record in delivering excellent customer service through account management
  • Demonstrate a background of success in achieving and exceeding targets whilst delivering an outstanding experience in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate business and commercial acumen and financial awarness
  • Be motivated and passionate
  • Have a strong work ethic and desire to work as a team to help Tuffnells succeed
  • Demonstrate excellent communication both verbally and written
  • Ideally have experience working within Supply chain, logistics, FMCG, warehouse or distribution
  • Have a full UK driving license as the role will require regular travel
