Please note, you will need to live in the UK for this position.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Test Analyst, to help us test the customer experience across a range of technologies. You will have a strong track record of successful full life-cycle project participation and delivery, with some exposure to the introduction and rollout of automated and non-functional testing.

You will be accountable for quality within Product Engineering, championing quality within the wider team, including promoting best practice and maintaining documentation.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Experience of influencing overall development with a view to improve testability.
  • A minimum of 2 years leading and managing a test team.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ working within a test analyst role with extensive manual testing experience and demonstrable, test planning, test execution and test case writing experience.
  • Experience of document production with a view to improve the overall quality output.
  • Root cause analysis and risk management experience.
  • Test automation experience.
  • Experience of working with defect tracking/reporting systems (e.g., Jira).
  • Experience of working within agile methodologies, work prioritisation and the importance of iterative working code.

Additionally, it will be great if you have:

  • Experience of distributed architectures as well as Single Page Applications
  • Experience with API testing (Apache JMeter and Postman)
  • Experience with PHP Laravel applications
  • Knowledge of the Swagger/OpenAPI spec
  • AWS experience
  • Knowledge of NoSQL: (We use MongoDB)
  • A good understanding of SQL (We use MySQL)
  • Experience of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (We use Jenkins & Docker)

  • You will have experience of working remotely and ideally have worked within a SaaS scale-up environment
