About the role
As a business we are transforming to be consumer focussed, performance led, simple and efficient. As part of the supporting P&C transformation, we are creating a Global Talent & Capability CoE. This involves significant Learning and Development transformation, as we develop a new Learning and Development Operating Model, new standard global processes, systems, tools and capability.
As the Global Learning and Development Projects Manager, you will work as a core member of the Learning and Development Leadership team and the wider P&C Transformation team. Working closely with multiple global stakeholders, you will bring talent acquisition experience, project management skills, and a consultancy/advisory mindset to ensure that Global L&D projects realise business benefits and are delivered on time and within budget.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity initially. We can be flexible on location for the right candidate.
