What’s the role about?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Partner to join our team on a permanent basis, as a Learning and Development Specialist.
The Learning and Development team is a key part of the People function, responsible for designing and implementing innovative and engaging learning solutions for Partners, people managers, and leaders.
What will you be doing?
Deliver improved ways of working for leaders and teams through the design and implementation of complex learning solutions that meet our Learning Standards. Learning solutions are measurable, offer stretch and improve Partner performance intended to deliver commercial value.
Collaborate with Learning Consultants and stakeholders to deliver all aspects of end-to-end learning design including, but not limited to; conducting learning needs analysis, formulation of learning outcomes (aligned to the Partnership Plan), curriculum build, learning experience design (mapping of learner journeys/progression programs) and design of relevant learning interventions.
Design and implement creative, innovative, blended learning solutions using a range of modalities including virtual classroom, interactive content, eLearning, video and animation (including script and storyboard development), and face-to-face experience.
Where appropriate, create customised and bespoke learning experiences that enable rapid reskilling and upskilling of Partners.
What you'll have
Understanding of a range of mindset and behaviour change principles and learning theories with demonstrable experience of applying these concepts to learning design.
Experience in conducting comprehensive Micro LNA using methodologies (such as action mapping) to analyse specific requirements and identify suitable and innovative learning solutions.
Experience in new digital learning solutions ensuring that we have up-to-date information on the use and application of new technology and techniques.

CIPD qualification
Coaching qualification
Proficient at using eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Evolve, Captivate, Articulate), and familiar with some other standard industry tools
Evidence of expertise in the design and build of end-to-end learning solutions using a range of modalities and methods including: eLearning, video and animated video (writing scripts & storyboards through to build in appropriate technology), facilitated interventions via virtual classroom and face-to-face, structured learning programmes including leadership and progression programmes, web-based learner journeys and learner pathways
Evidenced experience in the L&D Function role or project with specific examples in developing core capabilities and leadership development
