Job Details

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team to manage and support the continuous improvement of Liquidlogic’s Adults Social Care systems, together with ContrOCC finance modules and portals for customers, professionals and providers.

In this exciting role, you will maintain and develop the social care recording and finance systems, including the development of recording forms, flows and associated practice guidance.

Your role

Key aspects of the role are to:

  • provide day to day advice to practitioners, finance staff and managers on the use of systems and supporting workflow processes, dealing with complex problems
  • support the ongoing development of the systems
  • support the maintenance of system tools that enable practitioners/staff to deliver against the operating models and key transformation programmes within both adults and children’s services.

You will need:

  • significant experience in using IT systems and recording tools
  • to be able to identify and deliver process improvement
  • experience in delivering business analysis to drive change programmes across a large organisation
  • to be able to convey highly complex or sensitive information to people from a range of non-technical backgrounds.
