Job Description


Do you have a flair for the latest cutting-edge technologies – robotics, process automation, and software? Do you have the hunger to work with internal and external providers to drive best in class logistics solutions? Can you support the business to drive down costs in our supply chain and provide best in class service? Then this is the role is for you!

The Supply Chain Engineering department, is a busy, thriving area, central to driving continuous improvement and new product introductions.

  • As a Project Leader you will be instrumental in the implementation of best in class solutions within our supply chain functions, engineering physical and digital processes.
  • Ensure that all TTM and market launch projects are fully supported within the Logistics department with valid project plans at all times.
  • Identify, prioritise and implement key improvement projects, ensuring they are in line with the Bosch Production Systems (BPS) methodology.
  • Define, monitor and analyse performance related data and key performance indicators as a cornerstone of improving business systems and processes.
  • Ensure that a change management plan is valid for each project conducted, ensuring that improvements are both established correctly and sustained with adequate training and support.

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders cross functionally within our UK business, whilst interacting regularly with international experts within the BOSCH group and beyond.

Additional Information


Full time based at Worcester Bosch Distribution Centre in Worcester. The successful candidate will work in the office and from home in line with department and business requirements.
