Are you interested in selling unique tailormade holidays? Come join us in Travel, selling a premium and unforgettable product. We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our Hayes & Jarvis sales team. This is a remote role based in the UK!

About the role:

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will get to know our guests’ travel dreams and understand what makes them tick, and from there, create a tailor-made proposal based on their personal interests and your first-hand knowledge and travel experiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you love talking about travel and enjoy planning trips and making travel dreams come true! The goal is to generate sales, be operationally excellent and ensure all guests return home having had an enchanting travel experience that exceeded their expectations, and motivates them to return as our guests again.

What we are looking for:

  • You have travel industry, sales, and customer service experience
  • Experience working closely with high-end guests to create tailor-made trips using your first-hand knowledge and personal expertise
  • Knowledge of South America, North America or Africa, through self travelling or through work would be a benefit
  • Love creating the most authentic travel experiences
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to bring travel experiences to life and build trust.
  • Reaching the minimum goal is never enough for you and you strive to go above and beyond.
  • Are famed for your working style and genuine passion for excellence in customer care.
  • Are you a quick thinker who can easily assimilate new sales methods and tools.
  • A positive culture champion, who is energetic and supportive of continuous improvement.
