Role

Design and build the first of a new generation of job application and selection engines. Designed for businesses to maximise speed and diversity in their hiring whilst simultaneously providing job seekers with enhanced experiences when applying for jobs.

Utilising machine learning models and large, unstructured data sets to bring real intelligence and continuous learning to the CV screening process that will not replace our users (who are in-house corporate Recruiters) but adds huge value to their careers and their employers.

Targeting a UK market is £6-8 billion, we’re looking to support businesses to maximise their direct hiring efforts and be less dependent upon agencies.

R&D tasks

• Utilising the latest technology and machine learning techniques productise a purpose-built engine focused on job application screening
• Identify workflows that take advantage of machine learning algorithms, techniques and automation
• Setting up a best-in-class Data and Analytics department

Requirements

Ready to be a technical founder and future equity partner in a Start-up business.

Ability and motivation to work independently, mission-focused mindset, product ownership mentality, whilst ready to build and train a team in the near future.

Required skills:

• Machine Learning & Deep Learning experience

Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Python (Programming Language)

• Experience with techniques including:

Similarity search, clustering
Document parsing and web crawling
Entity linking/relation extraction.
Mapping of skills & occupations to the taxonomies
Model training & automation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
