ROLE: Management Accountant
LOCATION: Hybrid role
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

We have a great opportunity to join our Finance Team as a Management Accountant

WHAT OUR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT WILL DO:

• Responsibility for all of secondary operations,
• Month end reporting for foiling, roofing and s and s plastics
• Variance reporting vs budget and forecast
• Preparation of financial commentary for inclusion in leadership team and Group Board reports.
• Month and year-to-go financial forecasting, working closely with business partners to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
• Review of inventory holding versus burn-down time to determine slow moving and obsolete materials exposure
• Support operations teams with on-going process improvement, including inventory and production variances
• Monitor and report on continuous improvement projects
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Financial analysis and costing of new products

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT:

• Nearly/newly qualified accountant – CIMA, ACA or ACCA
• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
• Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Full UK driver’s license is essential for this role
