Key responsibilities - Marketing Assistant

In this Marketing Assistant role, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all aspects of event planning and management - internal and external events
• Conduct competitor research
• Ad-hoc website support
• Developing mail shots and client marketing lists using internal CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Support sales team prepare PowerPoint presentations
• Help write and submit entries for industry awards
• Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns

Job requirements - Marketing Assistant

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or related field
• Basic marketing experience in an internship, full-time role or university society
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise workload
• Flexible and positive approach to working in a small team environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Creative, motivated and a good work ethic

Desirable qualities - Marketing Assistant

• At least 1-year previous experience in a corporate environment
• Event management experience
• Understanding of marketing principles
• Project management experience
• Interest in banking or finance industry
