Marketing Executive – Costa Express
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Marketing Executive to play a key role in supporting our Express Marketing team. Your role will be to support the delivery of marketing campaigns for our Express Platform to drive brand advocacy, customer engagement, and positive reputation. A bit about the role...
This role reports to our Express Marketing Manager and will be responsible for producing and managing compelling content for all Express machine screens in the form of seasonal and brand campaigns, delivered through our content management system and deployed across the 12,000+ machines in the UK. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Support the Express Marketing Manager on specific customer marketing programmes
• CMS (content management system for Costa Express) platform owner – supporting the CMS calendar and leading the set-up of all digital content on the User Interface.
• Leads creative development for machine screen content – campaigns, always on and partner deals.
• Manages multiple internal stakeholders (marketing/sales/innovation/PR etc.) and external partners (agencies/trading partners/media etc.) to deliver end-to-end projects and campaigns as defined in the annual strategy – on time and on budget, within a clear approval process.
• Support on trade/shopper marketing plans; creates impactful, market leading consumer experiences
• Assist in the creation of Express integrated marketing campaigns, from POS, to CRM, to Influencer and beyond into brand activation.
• Works closely with UK&I marketing to integrate Express activity into wider UK&I ‘total coffee’ plans and calendars

• Marketing experience gained from working within a Marketing team or Marketing agency
• Previous marketing campaign experience and ability to work with content management system
• Passion for creating new content and writing briefs.
• Experience of dealing with creative agencies.
• Strong attention to detail: with advanced computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
• Be organised and efficient with the ability to respond quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders

Location: Remote with some travel to the office locations on a business needs basis
