Now we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join us, to head up this department and be responsible for all of the marketing activity across the business.

Tasks

• You will need to work closely with the sales team to ensure that lead generation is maximised, for them to engage with investors (generally High Net-Worth Individuals) and borrowers (Property Developers), ultimately driving revenue for the business.
• Email marketing will be a key channel, so you will need to take ownership of a range of established email templates and ensure that this content is delivered to the right people at the right times.
• You’ll need to take over the ongoing analysis of our activity, via Google Analytics, by building landing pages, running A/B tests and looking at CRO to further refine what we do.
• You will own and manage our social media channels, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. You may be creating simple content images from time to time.
• As the Marketing Manager, you’ll also be in charge of a budget to plan, execute and run paid campaigns.
• In the past, we have executed and ran successful podcasts, webinars and live events to showcase projects and provide learning opportunities. When the time is right to re-establish this, you will play a key part in organising and running these events.

• We are currently fully remote, due to the pandemic, but expect to have an office in the near future, where we’ll be offering a flexi-hybrid mode of working.
