Key Duties:

• To create Anti-Theft reports from incidents on the daily activity report & issues incoming from customers – investigate, download footage, screenshots
• To ensure completion of administration for Rental Utility (booking assets out to jobs, processing decommissions and quarantine).
• To commission installations and to provide customers with sign-off documentation following installations, service visits and decommissions.
• To ensure a regular program of tower checks. (Daily – High priority customer sites, Weekly – Medium priority sites and Monthly – Managed Service sites)
• To manage and coordinate customer communication to make them aware of the site going live and the processes involved.
• To provide administration and communication for the WCCTV Heartbeat system.
• To liaise with the monitoring station that sites are commissioned and decommissioned correctly.
• To provide administration support to the Operations Team
• Update data within the department – always ensure accuracy (software, spreadsheets & folders)
• Provide occasional weekend & Bank Holiday support on a rota basis
