Operations Manager

• Market leader servicing hospitality, healthcare and workwear nationwide and abroad.

Package:

• £50,000 - £55,000
• Company Pension Scheme. (Minimum 5%, Company currently contributes 5%).
• Company medical insurance.
• Working hours M-F 7am-4pm

THE OPPORTUNITY: You will report directly to the General Manager and will have 2 Production Managers reporting into you. This is a Monday to Friday days position based at the Coventry site. The role will focus on increasing production levels, driving continuous improvement and providing structure and organisation.

THE CANDIDATE:

Essential

• Operations or Production Management experience
• Highly organised
• Experience driving continuous improvement
• Experience in high paced environments
