Operations Manager Position – Exciting London Start-Up.

We’re looking for a dedicated, ambitious and results-driven operations person to join our entrepreneurial and driven team.

STORED is one of London's fastest growing start-ups and has been featured in publications such as Forbes, the Guardian, Evening Standard, Glamour and Startups.co.uk since our successful launch in May 2014. We are now looking for an ambitious and driven Operations Manager to lead our operational team and take our fast-paced, fast-growing (yet profitable) business to the next level.

The successful candidate must have experience in a highly challenging and fast-paced work environment in an operational capacity having ran both logistics and customer service in the past. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a drive to get things done and a passion for making a difference. They must also be comfortable in a start-up/unconventional company environment and able to take on tasks of all kinds.

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of our operations, driver teams and customer service, to ensure that we always deliver on a fantastic service to our customers.

You will have the opportunity to document and improve on existing processes with the view of streamlining processes and moving these into our tech environment where possible.

The job role entails supervising the daily operations and customer service activities of our team. This includes ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that have been set, and finding ways to streamline and digitize our processes.

Profile:

• We are seeking an experienced professional who is able to prove their success at a strategic level, at a tactical level and has a proven ability to excel in execution in a fast paced environment.
• Being super organized with an unprecedented attention to detail is key. You will need to have a ‘can-do’ attitude, with the ability to work in a high pressure environment, and thrive in a start-up/unconventional company environment.
• 3-5 years working experience in a highly challenging environment and fast paced environment where you have proven successes in operations

Salary: £46,468.00-£50,456.00 per year
